- The Applicant Self-Service Page can help you:
- Find your JMU assigned eID
- Get a new link to activate your eID
- Find the JMU PIN that you set on your application
- Forgot your password?
- Click on the "Forgot your password?" link
- Applicants: If you receive "An error occurred" message when resetting your password, it is most likely because you have not activated your JMU eID. Visit Self-Help to request a new Account Activation Link.
