It is important that you familiarize yourself with the various options since each has an impact on the courses you take while still at the community college. Regardless of which pathway you choose, you must still apply for full admission to the university.

- Maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA and adhere to specific requirements as outlined in the GAA.
- Earn an approved associate degree from a Virginia community college or Richard Bland College.
- Apply to JMU - you must complete the on line application to complete the process.
