Center for Faculty Innovation

Regardless of our various teaching contexts, there are principles and processes foundational to effective, efficient, and inclusive teaching that we can all share. Join colleagues for a six-session online learning community that will give us a chance to explore these foundations of course design, well before the start of the next semester.

Session topics will include backward design, active learning, and more. During the sessions, you will have the opportunity to participate in a range of activities and interact with other instructors from across campus in order to apply insights to your own teaching.

This program is intended for instructors planning to teach new courses or rethinking old ones. All are welcome!
