Scholarly productivity can be fostered through participation in a writing accountability group which encourages and supports the cultivation and completion of writing projects. This writing accountability group will help participants set goals, receive feedback, and celebrate success with colleagues from across campus.
Over the course of one month, participants will meet virtually on four Mondays for a block of time to hold each other accountable. Participants will commit to being present for these four, 1.5-hour time blocks on these dates (with flexibility for beginning and end times). Additionally, participants will interact virtually with one another throughout the week with check-ins, questions, and the opportunity to share writing difficulties and tips.
Simply stated, writing is easier with encouragement and accountability. Why not try something new to enhance writing productivity?
Dates & Time: Mondays on 10/7, 10/14, 10/21, and 10/28 (12:00 - 1:30 PM)
Location: Online (The Zoom link will be provided either with the email registration confirmation or by email the day before the event.)

If you find that you are unable to attend a scheduled event prior to the registration deadline, please return to your CFI Program Account and cancel your registration. If it is after the event registration deadline email cfi@jmu.edu as early as possible. CFI programs will be canceled automatically if JMU is closed for inclement weather.
