Description: How to make a mistake and live to tell about it. The art of embracing our mistakes by turning them into learning opportunities, not allowing them to rob our energy and immobilize us in fear and defeat. Implementing pro-active steps and practices such as note taking, research tips, asking questions, networking, and self-talk 'What do I need to do to make sure this doesn't happen again?'
Learning Objectives:
- Learn how to avoid the “pit of despair” and use that energy to embrace a positive experience.
- Learn about tools and techniques from Administrative Professionals that have navigated the mistake minefield and harvested nuggets of knowledge.
- Learn to implement pro-active steps and practices such as note taking, research tips, asking questions, and networking.
- Learn quality self-talk 'What do I need to do to make sure this doesn't happen again?'
