SUMMARY: Mallory Burrell, M.F.A. candidate in the School of Art, Design and Art History, uses her art to shed light on what she has titled, "Anthropocene," meaning man's mark on the environment. By using natural elements in her art, Burrell shows how humans are transforming the world, sometimes for the bad, and sheds light on the tough conversations people don't always want to have.
