JMU Board of Visitors executive committee to meet

The executive committee of the James Madison University Board of Visitors will meet on Wednesday, Aug. 21, at 3 p.m. by electronic communications. Immediately upon convening, the executive committee will move into closed session to discuss only those matters legally allowed to be discussed during a closed session meeting. If any action of the executive committee is required, it will be conducted in open session immediately following the closed session and will be available online at https://youtube.com/live/PTDjfQwn6vU?feature=share. There will not be public comment at the meeting.
