2018-19 BTC Calendar: Kathy Shipley Warden

A computer information systems major Kathy Warden remembers spending sleepless nights in the lab waiting for her systems to compile. It was moments like these throughout her Madison Experience that taught her career skills like perseverance and critical thinking and transformed her into a confident leader. Kathy is now the president and COO of Northrop Grumman Corp., a leading global security company. But she hasn’t forgotten the school that set her on the right path. She has been a speaker for the Women in Leadership Program, currently serves on the College of Business Board of Advisors and has offered financial support by naming the Cybersecurity and Networking Lab in the future College of Business Learning Complex.
