Communication sciences and disorders professor Lincoln Gray's research involves layering multicultural and interdisciplinary perspectives to generate new scientific findings. Gray has worked with patients in India to better understand the causes and growth of oral cancers and with the Department of Defense to treat veterans with auditory damage from explosions while serving abroad.
Bringing a unique and engaged academic background to James Madison University, Gray’s experiences have allowed him to compare and contrast the various cultures he has worked in during his career.
