(Khmer Times) The Cambodian Mine Action and Victim Assistance Authority (CMAA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with a US-based charity organisation on Monday to enhance demining capacity and technology innovation practices.
Ly Thuch, first vice-president of CMAA, said on Monday that Golden West Humanitarian Foundation partnership will help deminers release mine-free land faster.
“Today, with open arms, we are very pleased to welcome the Golden West Humanitarian Foundation, whose skills and technical expertise in the field will aid Cambodia in our training capacity building, Explosive Ordnance Disposal and technology innovation,” Thuch said.
