(Odessa Journal) Equine therapy, involving therapeutic horseback riding, proves effective in combating negative emotions and fatigue among Odessa's explosive experts. The State Emergency Service of Ukraine's Odessa office highlighted this approach, emphasizing its importance in high-risk professions.
The psychological service organized equine therapy sessions in a local sports complex, particularly for explosive experts returning from demining operations. These sessions, part of the "Psychological Practices Point" project, allowed participants to connect with horses and perform riding exercises, resulting in strengthened resilience, lifted spirits, and positive emotions—all achieved within just one hour.
