Blueberry Protein Pancakes

Brush up on your breakfast skills by trying this delicious Blueberry Protein Pancake Recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup flour of choice
  • 2 tbsp protein powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • pinch of salt
  • water or almond milk to thicken (about 1/2, depends on flour)

Directions:

  1. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and stir.
  2. Mix in water until mixture has a thick, batter consistency.
  3. Add blueberries.
  4. Place on pan in 3-inch-wide circles.
  5. Top with favorite pancake toppings and enjoy!
