Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup flour of choice
- 2 tbsp protein powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- pinch of salt
- water or almond milk to thicken (about 1/2, depends on flour)
Directions:
- Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and stir.
- Mix in water until mixture has a thick, batter consistency.
- Add blueberries.
- Place on pan in 3-inch-wide circles.
- Top with favorite pancake toppings and enjoy!
