Trail Mix Bites

Get ready to hit the trails – or just hang out on the couch – with these easy and delicious, no-bake trail mix bites!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp protein powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup agave (or other sticky sweetener such as honey or maple syrup)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tbsp salt
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp dried cranberries

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Roll dough into desired size balls and refrigerate overnight for a more firm texture or enjoy as is!
