Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2/3 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp protein powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/3 cup agave (or other sticky sweetener such as honey or maple syrup)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tbsp salt
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp dried cranberries
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Roll dough into desired size balls and refrigerate overnight for a more firm texture or enjoy as is!
