Sarah has served at JMU since July 2007, in various roles in professional and continuing education. She earned her PhD in 2022 from JMU in Assessment & Measurement; her dissertation focused on assessment practices with part-time students and their learning outcomes. She also holds master's degrees in Writing & Rhetoric and in Adult & Human Resource Education, both from the University of Illinois. Sarah oversees our Academic and Professional Programs (Bachelor of Individualized Study, Professional Development, and academic partnerships to support programs across JMU).
