The Women’s Health and Wellness Program is designed to help women invest time in themselves, their health, and their well-being. This Fall, we are offering two FREE Zoom sessions that aim to encourage participants to embrace our move toward 2023 as an opportunity to make some important health and wellness changes. One session will feature a panel of experts talking about healthy exercise, nutrition, and other lifestyle choices that help shift our focus ‘Beyond the Scale’. The second session will feature experts offering advice on how to integrate informed and practical strategies into your New Year’s Resolutions preparations, planning, and follow-through for a ‘New Year, New You.’
