Scholarship Overview
An endowed scholarship established by Kenneth R. Bartee ('83) and Sharon Schaaf with a generous gift in memory of James T. Bradley for the benefit of James Madison University under an Agreement dated March 30, 2009 to create The McDonald Bradley Scholarship for Leadership in The College of Business. On March 4, 2013 the donors signed an amendment to the original agreement to revise the criteria for this scholarship. In all other respects, this agreement remains the same as the original agreement dated March 30, 2009.
This endowment will provide financial resources annually to one or more outstanding rising Junior or Senior students.

Eligibility Requirements
- To be eligible for this scholarship, a student must:
- Be enrolled or accepted in the College of Business, with a declared major in Computer Information Systems or Management
- Be enrolled in (or have completed) the COB 300 course
- Have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher (on a 4.0 scale) at the time of application
- Be a resident advisor or hall director for a university residence hall
- The McDonald Bradley Scholarship shall be awarded in a manner determined at the discretion of the Dean for the College of Business based on the stated criteria.
- Beyond the above criteria, the appointment of a student to receive this scholarship shall follow the University's guidelines for the awarding of scholarships.
