These tough situations often fall in the “gray area” of leadership and require leaders to use their judgment to make decisions. In this session, we will discuss tips for making these tough decisions well and how to confidently live with them after.
- Discuss the meanings of ambiguity and judgment and the way they impact our decision-making.
