President King, JMU Parents Council honor special Dukes family

SUMMARY: The JMU community recognized Brad Vaughan as the Family Member of the Year.
In addition to celebrating a 63-7 football victory over Ball State on Saturday, the Dukes honored a special JMU family during halftime at the Family Weekend contest.
Each year the JMU community recognizes an outstanding member of the JMU family based on student nominations. This year the JMU Parents Council and the Office of Family Engagement were pleased to present the Family Member of the Year Award to Brad Vaughan, father of Lauren Vaughan (‘25).
