SUMMARY: James Madison University’s MBA program remains among the “Best Online MBA Programs” according to U.S. News & World Report.

U.S. News & World Report has published their rankings of “Best Online MBA Programs”, and James Madison University’s Master of Business Administration program remains among the top two percent. This year's report assessed and ranked over 1,700 online degree programs.

“We are honored to again be recognized among the best MBA programs in the nation,” says Program Director Matthew Rutherford. “Our students continue to excel in the classroom and in their careers, and our faculty and staff do a terrific job supporting them.”

Rankings published by U.S. News & World Report serve as a valuable resource to students who wish to gain perspective on services offered remotely, available technologies, student body makeup and cost of attendance when searching for an online MBA program that suits their needs. The rankings measure overall academic quality at the master's levels across a swath of disciplines. Graduates celebrating at a commencement ceremony, clapping and smiling as they share the moment.

“Best Online Programs” compares online degree programs with brick-and-mortar programs to determine if they are properly adapted for the unique challenges associated with the delivery of remote education and have academic standards comparable to those for in-person programs.

“The JMU MBA program has seen significant enrollment increases in recent years, and our students are having tremendous personal and professional growth during their time with us. JMU MBA is thriving right now, and I believe the best is yet to come,” Rutherford concluded.

JMU’s MBA program offers three concentrations: Executive Leadership, Innovation, and Information Security. All College of Business programs, including MBA, are accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business - a credential held only by the top six percent of business programs worldwide.
