Microsoft 365 Work Location and Hours

Information Technology-ComputingMicrosoft’s new feature for setting work locations is now also accessible and visible in Outlook on the web. This is an expansion of the functionality that first rolled out to Teams over the summer.
In addition to setting the work location, Outlook web users will also be able to set daily work hours that will impact the shaded areas of your Outlook calendar to indicate availability. These new fields allow users to display more information about where/when they are working, and users will not have to use status messages to display that information to others.
Navigate to Settings > Calendar > Work hours and location to utilize this new feature.
