Hotel Conference Center Update

Loan Closing – September 30, 2016
While excavation of the site has been ongoing for a couple of months, construction of the Hotel Madison and Conference center can now begin! Loan agreements for both the JMU Foundation and development firm dpM Partners were closed with Union Bank & Trust on September 30.
The site is located at the southeast corner of South Main Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Way (historic Cantrell Street). Opening of the facility is planned for March 2018.
