Speaker Kathy McQuain

Kathy McQuain, Director for Rockingham County Parks & Recreation Department, spoke in SRM 337 Programming and Assessment class on October 22, 2014.  The discussion focused on plans to build a new county park that will increase programming opportunities as well as the importance of partnerships and getting support from local governance for recreation and leisure programs.
