Electric Vehicle Charging Stations

Electric Vehicle Charging Stations are now available at the Ballard, Chesapeake Avenue, Champions Drive, Grace Street, Mason Street, and Warsaw Avenue Parking Decks!

Any vehicle parked at a charging station must possess a current JMU Parking Permit and pay a fee of $1.00 per hour while utilizing the charging stations. Payment is made through ParkMobile via phone app or mobile web app.

Vehicles may use the EV Charging Stations for a maximum of 4 hours per day. Electric vehicles must be actively utilizing the charging station when parked at EV spaces. Non-electric vehicles, vehicles parked overtime, and vehicles not connected to the charging station are subject to parking citations.
