New eVA - Launch Delayed Until May 2nd 2022

As a result of feedback from JMU and other entities accorss the Commonwealth, eVA has decided to push back the launch of New eVA until May 2^nd, 2022. We will have other updates about the impacts of this change soon, but for now, departments can order normally and disregard our previous December 13^th deadline for submitting requisitions.
