Clay is an Enrollment Specialist with the Adult Degree Program. As a student, he earned a B.A. In Political Science from James Madison University in 2009. Before joining SPCE in 2024, he spent time working in strategic communications, media relations and on political campaigns.

Clay resides in Harrisonburg, and in his spare time he enjoys watching sports, reading, traveling, hiking, exercising, cooking and spending time with his wife, Brooke, daughter Madison, and son Easton.
