Scholarship Overview

An endowed scholarship established with gifts from Universal Corporation's Director's Charitable Award Program (DCAP), whereby, the Director requests Universal Corporation to restrict their gift to the Carrier Scholar's Fund, a scholarship initiative envisioned in 1998 by Ronald E. & Edith J. Carrier. The purpose of this scholarship is to affect the decision of a prospective incoming freshman student to attend JMU.
