You will drive to and park in the Ballard Parking Deck, which is located next to the Atlantic Union Bank Center and across the street from the Festival Conference and Student Center (see detailed directions below). After parking, you will have a short walk to the Festival Conference and Student Center to check-in for your visit. We encourage visitors to allow extra travel time to accommodate any detours or delays.

From the North:

• Drive south on Interstate 81
• From I-81, take exit 247A onto Rt. 33 / East Market Street towards Elkton
• At the second stoplight, turn right onto University Boulevard
• At the 4th stop light, take a right onto East Campus Drive
• Turn left into the Ballard Parking Deck

From the South:

• Drive north on Interstate 81
• Take exit 245, Port Republic Road / VA-253
• Go straight at the end of the exit onto Forest Hill Road
• At the stop sign, turn left onto University Boulevard
• At the second traffic light, turn left onto East Campus Drive
• Turn left into the Ballard Parking Deck

You may park in any space not marked for emergency or service vehicles only.

Parking for persons with disabilities is located in the Ballard Parking Deck on each level adjacent to elevators to the ground floor.

Walking Directions from the Ballard Parking Deck to the Festival Conference and Student Center:

• Exit the parking deck at the ground level near the elevators and turn right onto the Alumni Association Plaza of the Atlantic Union Bank Center
• At the road, turn right and walk on the sidewalk next to Carrier Drive to the first crosswalk.
• Turn left and cross Carrier Drive at the first crosswalk, and walk directly up the sidewalk to the first entrance into the Festival Conference and Student Center.
