Arriving in town early?
If you are arriving in Harrisonburg on Friday afternoon, we strongly encourage you to stop by Holland Yates Hall and complete the check-in process.
There are two check-in locations for the Open House on October 5.
You may check in at either location and attend all programming across campus.
Check-in is from 8 - 10 a.m. Event programming runs between 8:30 a.m. - 3 p.m. with most academic programming offered between 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. If you are unexpectedly delayed, late check-in will be available in both locations until 12:30 p.m.
We recommend selecting the location closest to the academic programming you are most interested in. You can use our Find My Program page to help you figure out which academic college houses your primary interest.
No matter where you choose to park and check in, all programming is accessible to you. You do not need to move your car until you are ready to leave campus! Our event is walkable and event shuttles will run throughout the day.
Ballard Parking Deck
