My research in the Dr. David Hembry’s lab is focused on the population genomics and cophylogeography of Neartic leafflower and leafflower moths. I previously attended the University of Arizona where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a Biomedical Emphasis. While completing my Bachelor of Science I worked in Dr. Katrina Dlugosch’s lab studying soil microbial communities of invasive yellow starthistle. After completing my degree, I worked in Industry for 3 years with a focus on double haploid maize.
