This dual degree program makes it possible for students to earn a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in biology from James Madison University and a Master of Forestry (M.F.) degree from Virginia Tech in five years. Qualified students must be in their third year at JMU and have a minimum GPA of 3.0 at JMU. Students are encouraged to sign up for the program as early as possible during their undergraduate career.
