The Assistant Director of Community Partnership Development is responsible for connecting with nonprofit, government, and educational organizations throughout the Shenandoah Valley to enhance meaningful and sustainable relationships and gain a better understanding of community-identified goals and priorities.

Bio:

Cindy is passionate about empowering others to reach their full potential; connecting with others to recognize a world larger than oneself, and helping others value the importance of the process of learning. She believes that by operating from one’s strengths and values, acknowledging the uniqueness and strengths of others, and by taking ownership and accountability teams can thrive. In her spare time, Cindy likes to read, hike, go for walks, spend time with friends and family, and enjoys binging on Hallmark movies and HGTV renovation shows. Cindy has been married to her husband Robert for 35 years and together they have three children who are thriving in their careers. Audrey is 27 and a physical therapist in Georgia; Carson is 26 and is in the performing arts industry in New York City; and Gabe is 23 and is an HVAC technician.
