Break Description
Join us as we travel to Music City to serve with Project C.U.R.E., a nonprofit dedicated to delivering essential medical supplies to over 130 countries. Project C.U.R.E. empowers healthcare professionals in developing nations. They focus on prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of diseases such as HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, malaria, and Ebola.
Projects may vary depending on the organization's needs during the time of our break. In the past, we sorted medical supplies, tested equipment, loaded shipments, and supported administrative tasks at their downtown warehouse.
While the warehouse is accessible, there is no ADA-compliant restroom. If you have questions about accessibility, please let us know so that we can discuss possible accommodations with our hosts.
During this break, you will get to learn about the organization's impactful work and the communities they serve. Join us as we support Project C.U.R.E.'s mission to equip healthcare professionals with the tools they need to save lives!
