Scholarly Interests/Research Topics
Sustainability is an incredibly large umbrella, and Stoltzfus is interested in its application to agriculture, energy, and waste. He wants to identify ‘best practices’ at both personal and regional levels for the challenges we face, and explore entrepreneurial opportunities in the U.S. and abroad.
