Before you Submit your Application
Before you submit your MBA Online Application, send an email to mba@jmu.edu with your full contact information and current employer so we can send you an application fee waiver.
Note: We cannot refund application fees if you submit your application before contacting us.
After you submit your MBA Online Application, send an email to mba@jmu.edu with your full contact information and current employer. We will verify eligibility and apply your tuition discount after you have been fully admitted as a JMU graduate student in the MBA Program.
Please note: The tuition reduction is effective for enrollment in future terms and will not be applied retroactively. Therefore, submit your paperwork before your first semester of classes.

- Navigate to the Student Center and click on M3
- Choose Account to view your bill or Account History to print invoices
- Check the JMU Registrar's page for the Grade Posting Schedule.
- Login to myMadison with your username and password
- Navigate to the Student Center and click on the “other” dropdown and choose “unofficial transcript”
- Login to myMadison with your username and password
- Navigate to the Student Center and your current schedule is shown under your name
