Delinquencies:

• 1 - 30 days delinquent: email warning

• 31 - 60 days delinquent: suspension until paid

• 61 - 90 days delinquent: suspended and payment in full will be deducted from employee's pay and sent to Bank of America

• 91 - 120 days delinquent: permanently closed if balance is not paid in full prior to reaching the 91 days' delinquency

Non-travel related personal charges on travel card:

• 1st time:   email warning

• 2nd time:  card permanently revoked
