Quarterly Campaign #4 - Mindful Moments

As our semester comes to an end, it can be easy to feel overwhelmed by deadlines, holiday plans, and simply wrapping up the year. During this potentially stressful time, Balanced Dukes invites you to pause, reflect and practice mindfulness with our Mindful Moments Campaign.

Mindfulness is the practice of being present and fully engaged in the moment, without distractions, stress, or judgment. During the Mindfulness Moments Campaign, we will promote a variety of events on campus that encourage mindfulness for our faculty and staff.  We will also provide resources for those that wish to pursue mindfulness without having to commit to a particular event.

At the end of the campaign, participants will complete a reflection sheet indicating how they made time throughout the campaign for mindfulness. You are not required to participate in any of the activites we promote or suggest - we encourage you to find mindful moments that work for YOU - we simply want to offer suggestions for those that need it.

We will randomly select a winner from all completed reflection sheets and the winner will receive $100 applied to their JACard.
