This summer challenge encourages you to:
- Strengthen your personal well-being
- Give back to your community
- Benefit the environment
- Read (or listen to) a book related to an area of well-being
At the end of the challenge, participants will be given a Reflection Sheet to complete, which will give them an opportunity to outline what they accomplished during the challenge as well as provide a brief review of their book.

See below for some suggestions on how to accomplish each goal during this challenge. We will send out emails throughout the challenge with suggestions and ideas that will help you be successful. This is a self-led challenge and you are able to choose your own method of completing the challenges, as well as your preferred book.
