Quarterly Campaign #2 - Step It Up!

Balanced Dukes invites you to participate in our Spring Exercise Campaign: STEP IT UP. This challenge will begin on Monday April 7, 2025 and end on Friday May 2, 2025.

During this challenge, we are encouraging you to accumulate 30 minutes of exercise daily.

  • You may choose to complete any form of physical exercise for this campaign.
    • The 30-minute requirement can be broken into smaller segments throughout the day or completed all at once
  • Balanced Dukes will support you through this program by providing exercise suggestions, exercise videos that you can do anywhere, leading a few walking sessions, and more.
  • We will also have weekly check-ins throughout the challenge to provide support and create community among participants.
  • Tracking is not required for this challenge
    • All participants will be asked to submit a brief reflection survey at the end of the challenge. We will chose a winner at random based on the submitted surveys.
      • The winner will receive $100 applied to their JACard.
