Quarterly Campaign #2 - Step It Up!

Balanced Dukes invites you to participate in our Spring Exercise Campaign: STEP IT UP. This challenge will begin on Monday April 7, 2025 and end on Friday May 2, 2025.

During this challenge, we are encouraging you to accumulate 30 minutes of exercise daily.

  • The 30-minute challenge is simply a suggestion – not a requirement. We wanted to provide a goal for participants to strive towards, but the intention of STEP IT UP is to encourage you to intentionally move your body more throughout the day.
    • If exercise isn’t part of your daily routine currently, accumulating 30 minutes may seem daunting to you, so feel free to create your own daily goal. As this becomes more of a habit for you, consider adding a few more minutes gradually.
    • Likewise, if 30 minutes doesn’t feel challenging enough for you, choose a goal that fits your needs.
  • We are not tracking this year so these exercise goals can, and should, be very individualized.
    • You may choose any type of exercise that you enjoy – it all counts!
    • At the end of this 4-week challenge, you will be asked to complete a Reflection Survey
      • We will randomly draw one name from all completed Reflection Surveys
        • The winner will receive $100 applied to their JACard

     The goal of this campaign is to build a habit of incorporating exercise into your daily routine.
