Below you will find a list of local providers that are certified to provide counseling for First Responders. These providers offer counseling to the general public but have stated that they will give priority to First Responders needing services.

This list is certainly not meant to be all-inclusive as we are sure there are many providers in the area that specialize in working with First Responders. As we specifically learn of more providers, we will add them to the list.

**Please check with the provider to see if they will work with our Employee Assistance Program (you are entitiled to 4 FREE sessions per year per incident under this plan). You will also want to ensure that they will work with your health insurance plan if you were to need additional services.**

"I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families work through their struggles and strengthen resilience in their lives. I have worked with a diverse group of populations in a variety of settings over the past 15 years providing individual, couples, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. I have worked extensively with trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, and addiction disorders.
As the wife of a first responder for over 14 years, I am also passionate about helping first responders and their families navigate the unique challenges and struggles that accompany these professions. I utilize multiple techniques and approaches including Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to assist with healing and reaching your goals. Most importantly, you direct your therapy and set your goals. I will support, encourage, and help you to achieve them.
All of us go through hard times, struggles, and difficulties. I look forward to taking this next step with you and helping you navigate these difficulties. Your life and the world needs the absolute best of you, and therapy can help you achieve this."
