Research Description
I conduct research in undergraduate mathematics education (RUME), focusing on the applications of cognitive psychology to high-level mathematical reasoning. Specifically, my research objectives are understanding the cognitive challenges experienced by undergraduate students when they are engaged in various proving activities, and determining how they can successfully navigate these challenges.
