Microsoft Teams will now give users a new option for opening their Word, PowerPoint, and Excel files in their Offie 365 desktop apps. This is a great option to avoid having to first open content in the web browser and then hop over to using the desktop app, if preferred.
Try this new setting to open files directly in the desktop app with a single click! Note that this setting is applied per device.
Microsoft Scheduling Poll is a scheduling tool available in the O365 desktop version of Outlook that allows you to send out voting polls for scheduling meetings. Users can see free / busy time slots for attendees so that they can select good suggestions to send out for a vote before confirming the date and time of the meeting.
The feature can be accessed from both calendar and mail within Outlook.
