Specific Provisions:
A full interim suspension of all organizational activities, including but not limited to: new member events, activities associated with the new member process, new member recruitment through an official university process, initiation of new members through an official university process, co-sponsoring or participating in any or all university-sponsored social, intramural, athletic, or other similar activities on university owned or operated property or off campus.
- The only exceptions to the full interim suspension will be the ability to use resources provided by JMU, conduct chapter meetings (using Acacia curriculum only), hold philanthropic events, and conduct new member education (using Acacia curriculum only). All curriculum used in the chapter meetings and new member education must be reviewed with a member of the FSL staff prior to implementation.
- In addition, these exceptions must be completely alcohol-free events and must be hosted on JMU’s campus.
