Incident(s) Description:
In the course of investigating a report of alleged hazing, it was determined that at an event on 2/9/23 the following behaviors occurred: alcohol provided to underage members; alcohol consumed by underage members; a video was shared of a member being burned with a cigarette by another member (this was determined to be endangerment, but not hazing).
Outcome(s):
Disciplinary Probation with once-a-month review meetings with a FSL staff member, Administrative Office staff member, and the President and/or designated executive team member(s) in attendance on chapter progress on stewarding chapter culture change and growth/maintenance of non-hazing new member practices - Through Spring 2024
