Incident(s) Description:
In the course of investigating a report of hazing, it was determined that at events on 2/9/23 and 2/10/23 the following behaviors occurred: alcohol provided to underage members; alcohol consumed by underage members.

It was also determined that at an event on 2/13/23 the following behaviors occurred: use of blindfolds.

It was also determined that on 2/22/23 the following behaviors occurred: compelled participation in a scavenger hunt; forced road trip late at night.

It was also determined that during Spring 2023 the following behaviors occurred: forced road trip late at night; forced designated driving assignments; forced to swipe members into dining facilities; physical calisthenics; compelled participation in a scavenger hunt; forced errands; forced cleaning and event setup; forced sober monitor; completion of interviews with all members.

Outcome(s):
Deferred Suspension through Spring 2025 - this will include once-a-month review meetings between a FSL staff member, Administrative Office Staff Member, and the President and/or designated Executive Team member(s) in attendance. After 1 year (Spring 2024), the full team will revisit the deferred suspension to possibly downgrade to Disciplinary Probation

Membership Review conducted by Pi Kappa Phi administrative office, Starting April 24, 2023

Confrontation & Accountability Workshop facilitated by Pi Kappa Phi administrative office with 90% chapter attendance (provide proof of completion to FSL office), due September 1, 2023

New Membership Experience Workshop Series with 90% chapter attendance (provide proof of completion to FSL office), due November 1, 2023

Social Host Management Workshop facilitated by JMU FSL team with 90% chapter attendance (provide proof of completion to FSL office) with social restriction where the chapter can only host events with alcohol at a third-party vendor (restaurant, hotel, event venue, etc.) until completion, due November 1, 2023
