Winter Session 2025 Enrollment Appointments (Friday, November 1st – Thursday, November 7th):

Graduate and Doctoral students can begin registering on 6:30AM on 11/4/2024.

Continuing Education students can register beginning 8:00AM on 12/30/2024.

Open Enrollment begins at 8:00AM on 11/8/2024. It will close for currently enrolled students on 12/10/2024 at 12:00PM. It will re-open for currently enrolled students on 12/16/2024 at 8:00AM.

 

Undergraduate Enrollment Appointments will be able to see their exact appointment time in MyMadison beginning Monday, October 21st by 10:00AM:

Appointment times are based upon cumulative credit hours earned (not in progress credits).  Students can find their credit hours earned on their unofficial transcript via MyMadison.

Winter 2025 Enrollment Appointments:

Seniors

  • Number of Credit Hours Earned: 90+
  • Enrollment Date: TBD

 Juniors

  • Number of Credit Hours Earned: 60-89
  • Enrollment Date: TBD

Sophomores

  • Number of Credit Hours Earned: 28-59
  • Enrollment Date: TBD

Freshmen

  • Number of Credit Hours Earned: 0-27
  • Enrollment Date: TBD
