Scholarship Overview

An endowed scholarship established by Blair Chandler Grappone '87 & Mike Grappone '87 and Dr. Wallace L. Chandler, the Blair Chandler Grappone '87 & Mike Grappone '87 Scholarship Endowment will provide the Office of Admissions with financial resources to encourage enrollment at James Madison University by outstanding students who have been offered admission to the University. Incoming students who have demonstrated academic excellence and leadership potential - and, who have expressed an intention to pursue a course of study in finance or another business-related discipline - may be considered for this scholarship. Working collaboratively with the Office of Admissions, the University's Office of Financial Aid & Scholarships will oversee the awarding of this scholarship annually, guided by the above criteria. Beyond these criteria, the appointment of a student as a Grappone Scholar shall follow the University's guidelines for the awarding of scholarships.
