Scholarship Overview

An annual scholarship intended to benefit a student who is having difficulty (or, in the case of an entering freshman, will have difficulty) meeting the educational expenses at JMU. The students(s) should be in good academic standing, and the selection of the recipient(s) will be at the discretion of the JMU Scholarship Office. The donor's intent is that this scholarship be used where it will have the greatest impact. All of the initial gift is to be awarded for the next academic year. One or more students may receive an award, but no single award may be less than $1,000 annually.
