Our University Writing Center records date back to 1974 and Betty Hoskins. Nancy Farrar and Mary McMurray started in 1976 and 1977, respectively. The UWC welcomed its first undergraduate and graduate consultants in 2006-2007.
In the photo collage to the right, we assemble for the first time most of our UWC team over the past 17 years. We know we're missing a few photos (we're working on it), and we know that several consultants are featured twice (we're working on that too; for now, congratulations to Maria, Michele, and Nico).
