Hello there! I’m a graduate student here at JMU, and I’ve been working in the health and wellness field for about five years now. I have a BS in Health Science, and I love exercise – kettlebells and yoga especially! Cooking is another passion of mine. Learning about how food is prepared and seeing food bring people together is magical. I’m a big dreamer, and I believe big dreams are achieved in small steps.
