You will drive to and park inthe Mason Street Parking Deck, which is located next to Holland Yates Hall (see detailed directions below). Please do not park in spots labeled with a sign (emergency services, Hotel Madison, JMU work vehicle, etc). All numbered visitor or regular faculty/staff parking spaces are available for visitor use today. No payment or parking code are necessary at the kiosks for this event. After parking, you will have a short walk to Holland Yates Hall to check-in for your visit. We encourage visitors to allow extra travel time to accommodate any detours or delays.

From the North:

• Drive south on Interstate 81.
• Take exit 245, Port Republic Road / VA-253.
• Turn RIGHT at the end of the ramp onto Port Republic Road.
• After a half mile, turn right onto South Main Street (U.S. 11 North).
• At the third traffic light, turn right onto Martin Luther King Jr. Way.
• At the first intersection, turn right onto Mason Street.
• Immediately after turning onto Mason Street, turn right into the first entrance of the parking deck.

From the South:

• Drive north on Interstate 81.
• Take exit 245, Port Republic Road / VA-253.
• Turn LEFT at the end of the ramp onto Port Republic Road.
• After a half mile, turn right onto South Main Street (U.S. 11 North).
• At the third traffic light, turn right onto Martin Luther King Jr. Way.
• At the first intersection, turn right onto Mason Street.
• Immediately after turning onto Mason Street, turn right into the first entrance of the parking deck.

Parking for persons with disabilities is located directly adjacent to the main entrance of Holland Yates Hall at 100 East Grace Street.

Walking Directions from the Mason Street Parking Deck to Holland Yates Hall:

• Exit the parking deck near the entrance and turn right onto the sidewalk along Mason Street. 
• Follow the sidewalk until you turn right down the stairs to the Colonnade.
• Walk through the Colonnade to the main entrance of Holland Yates Hall.
